Return and Exchange Policy

It is our priority that our customers are satisfied with their items, before items are shipped out, it is carefully checked by the quality control team. If you receive an item that is damaged, you must notify our Customer Service team immediately via complaints@lavish-newbies.com so we can rectify as quickly as possible.

Our returns are refunded via store credit, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Lavish Newbies will not accept any items with obvious signs of wear or wash and cannot accommodate damages after wear or improper care.

Simply re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure package with tags and labels attached and unused or unworn, print return label and drop off at your local post office.

Your return will be processed within 3-5 working days after your item(s) are delivered to us. Merchandize must be returned within 14days of the fulfillment date.

Only regular priced items may be eligible for return/exchange, unfortunately promotional or sales items (when a discount code is applied) are not eligible for return/exchange.  Unfortunately, we do not refund postage/shipping charges on all orders.

Exchange requests can be made under the following conditions;

  • A sold-out item
  • Mix up in your order
  • Wrong sizing
  • Defected item

Exchanges will not be granted unless ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • No stains on the items
  • The hangtag and labels are intact as received.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

We at lavish Newbies are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. As soon as your order is shipped and handed over to the carrier and a tracking provided to you, a claim has to be filed with the carrier for issues relating to lost, stolen or damaged packages. We do our due diligence by ensuring that all orders are properly packaged and sealed before handing them to the carriers.
