- How much is shipping?
Lavish Newbies currently offers free shipping to US orders over $80 and worldwide over $150.Cart subtotal must be above your locations free shipping threshold. This is the amount after any discount codes are applied and before taxes are calculated.
Flat rate shipping fees on all other orders:
$9.99 for US orders that are less than $80
$40 for international orders under $150
All values are in USD.
We reserve the right to not ship to certain areas, in the event shipping charges are too costly. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please note that local charges may occur at customer’s expense, especially for Canadian and overseas orders where additional duties and taxes may apply.
- Do we ship Internationally?

- How long does it take my order to process for shipment?
All orders are subject to processing time which is 1-2 business days that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up by our carriers.
- Can I get a discount on shipping?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any discount on our shipping rates as we are already getting a subsidized rate from our partners. We will update if there is any change in price from our partners.
- How do I return my order?
You can return an item/items within 14days from fulfillment date, kindly refer to our return policy to start your return process.
- Is it safe to shop online with Lavish Newbies?
Yes, it is, we subscribe to the highest security and encryption standards.
- Can I edit or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled, but changes can be within 2-4 hours after an order is placed by sending email to contact@lavish-newbies.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any changes after 4hrs.
- Do you offer discount for resellers/wholesales?

- How do I know what size to order?
There is a size chart for each product, kindly review each item carefully before placing an order as the sizes are different for each product.
- Missing item(s) from my order?
Sorry an item is missing; please double check it’s on your order confirmation, check your emails including junk/spam to see if we sent you an email about it going out of stock or your order could be arriving in more than one parcel. If none of these apply kindly send an email to complaints@lavish-newbies.com within 7days of your order being delivered and we will sort it out for you.
